1: The apartment is non-smoking although we
have no objection to smoking on the terrace.
2: No pets are allowed in the apartment.
3: Fresh towels and bedding will be provided
for stays of more than one week. Beach
Towels are not provided.
4: The apartment is available from 14:00 on
the day of arrival and should be vacated by
10:30 on the day of departure but we will
try to be flexible where possible.
5: A deposit of 25% is required to secure
booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks
prior to arrival. A cash deposit of
€50
will be requested on arrival and will be
held against property damage until keys are
returned at the end of your stay.
